Steve Eaton, General Manager

- Steve Eaton is General Manager of Eagleton Ballfields and Ballpark, with extensive experience in hospitality, event operations, and youth sports facility leadership. A Chico, California native and lifelong baseball enthusiast, Steve began his career at Walt Disney World, advancing from a seasonal role to a leadership position in the Event Support Division. He later entered the youth sports industry as opening Director of Operations at Rocky Top Sports World and opening General Manager of Morristown Landing Recreation and Events Center, both within SFM’s portfolio. Steve is committed to developing young leaders and creating positive youth sports experiences. He enjoys Notre Dame football, coaching his grandchildren in baseball, and prioritizing family.
Caleb Miles, Operations Manager

- A Goreville, Illinois native, Caleb Miles is an experienced Operations Manager at Eagleton Ballpark, where he oversees daily operations and event execution. With a Bachelor of Sports Management from Greenville University and a background as a college baseball player, Caleb brings both professional expertise and a lifelong passion for athletics to every role he takes on. Caleb has developed a strong foundation in stadium and event operations through hands‑on experience with the Tennessee Smokies and Nashville Sounds. He later served as a Facility Manager at the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, managing a multi‑field complex and coordinating high‑volume tournaments. Outside of work, Caleb spends his time as a new parent with his wife Leslie, playing golf, staying active through fitness, and attending live sporting events and concerts.
Michael Stremlaw, Operations Coordinator

- A native of Noblesville, Indiana, Michael played collegiate baseball at Butler University while studying marketing and business administration. He developed his sports-industry network at Grand Park Sports Campus with Bullpen Ventures before serving as Account Manager for the IMSA and NASCAR VIP Experience, producing premium hospitality clubs at racetracks nationwide. Michael now applies his event-management experience to lead the Food and Beverage efforts and help position Eagleton Ballpark as a premier baseball and softball destination.
Eli Crowder, Facilities Lead

- Eli Crowder serves as Facilities Lead at Eagleton Ballpark, helping support the ballpark’s facilities and field operations. He joined the Eagleton Ballpark leadership team as a full-time team member, bringing a strong foundation in sports management and collegiate baseball. Eli earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Tennessee Southern University in Pulaski, Tennessee. While there, he played baseball from 2021 through 2025. His experience as a student-athlete and sports management professional strengthens his commitment to maintaining a high-quality experience for teams, athletes, and visitors at Eagleton Ballpark.
